At SZA Poster Shop, while we specialize in posters, we are happy to extend our customer-friendly return policy to all our merchandise. Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of receiving your item. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Posters: Unopened and in original protective tube/packaging
- Apparel: Unworn with tags attached
- Accessories: Unused in original packaging
- All items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or displayed posters
- Worn or washed apparel
- Used accessories
- Limited edition or collector’s items
- Digital downloads
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
- Sale or clearance items
Condition of Returns
Partial refunds may be issued when:
- Posters show signs of handling or damage
- Apparel tags have been removed
- Original packaging is damaged
- Items are returned beyond 15 days but within 30 days
- Parts of a multi-item set are missing
Refund Process

- We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send a confirmation email
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
Tracking Your Refund
If your refund hasn’t appeared:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company about pending credits
- Allow 5-7 business days for processing
- Contact us if you still haven’t received your refund after this time

Gift Returns
- Returns for gifts will be issued as store credit
- If the order wasn’t marked as a gift at purchase, the refund will go to the original purchaser
- Store credit will be emailed once the return is processed

- Damaged items received in shipping
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items received
- Size exchanges for unworn apparel (subject to availability)
